You can track your refund anytime from the Refunds section in your account. Refunds are initiated once the returned item passes a quick quality check.
It may take 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount.
Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method.
COD refunds are credited to your GS Wallet for future use.

How do I transfer money from Wallet to bank account?
Your GS Wallet balance can be used for future purchases. But if you prefer a bank refund, we can help transfer the balance to your bank account.
For prepaid orders, the refund mode depends on your original payment method:
The amount will be credited back within 2–3 working days.
If the refund does not appear, please contact your bank/payment provider.
If a promotional/coupon code was used during purchase, the full refund will be issued as store credit.
For non-promotional purchases, the full amount will be credited directly to your bank account.
Refunds for COD orders are credited to your GS Wallet, which you can use for future purchases.

As per our updated return policy, reverse pickup charges apply based on quantity:
1–5 items → ₹50 per item
6–7 items → ₹75 per item
More than 7 items → ₹100 per item

If you return an order placed with a discount:
The discount will be waived off, and products will be billed at MRP.
The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

You can request an exchange via My Orders within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is intact. Our delivery partner will pick it up within 1–2 business days, and we’ll ship your replacement once the returned item is received.
Our courier partner usually collects return orders within 2–3 business days of your request. If it’s delayed, please check My Orders for the latest status. Sometimes delays occur due to local service availability.
Exchange items are not delivered at the time of pickup. Once your return is collected (within 2–3 business days), the replacement will be shipped as per standard delivery timelines.

Exchanges for size are allowed within 7 days of delivery. Go to My Orders, select the delivered item, and choose Exchange. Our courier will pick up the original item within 1–2 business days. Once the returned product passes quality checks, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
